Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your full name, email, phone number and device ID (if you provide it) to create and send the activation code. The app may record basic technical information such as the app version, device type and license activation status.

Each time the app connects to the server, we store the device’s most recent IP address together with the corresponding country, region and network operator as determined by Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We keep only the value from the most recent connection, do not store a history of earlier connections, and use it for technical support, detecting license abuse and preventing fraud.

The app reports basic usage milestones (passed the welcome screen, loaded the channel list, reached the home screen, played the first channel) along with an error code when a step fails, so that we know where customers run into difficulty. These milestones do not include the playlist address, channel names or the content you watch.

Liquid IPTV Player does not collect the contents of your M3U playlists or your viewing history. Playlists are stored locally on the device.

2. How we use it

The information is used to process orders, activate and manage licenses, provide technical support, send invoices, and notify you of important updates. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payment

Customers in Vietnam pay by VietQR bank transfer; we receive only the transaction information needed for reconciliation. International customers pay through Dodo Payments; card information is processed by Dodo Payments and we do not store card numbers.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with payment partners, email providers and hosting infrastructure to the extent necessary to operate the service, or when required by law.

5. Retention & security

Order data is kept for as long as necessary for accounting and license support purposes. We apply encryption in transit and restrict internal access.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request to view, correct or delete your personal data. Deleting your data may make it impossible for us to help recover licenses you have purchased.
