Liquid IPTV is a player. You point it at a playlist you already have, and it plays it. There is no account to create, and nothing about what you watch leaves your television.
Your playlists, their addresses and any credentials you enter for them, the programme guide, your favourites, and every setting are held in the app's own private storage on the television. They are not uploaded anywhere. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
The app does not record what you watch, and there is no analytics library, advertising SDK or third-party tracker in it.
The app asks this service whether a newer version exists and whether there is a notice to show. That request includes:
This is used to decide which version to offer, to show notices, and to manage licences. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not combined with anything else. Records older than twelve months are deleted.
Like any web request, the connection reaches our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) with your IP address. We do not store it.
Pro can be bought through Google Play or unlocked with a key issued directly. Google Play tells the app that a purchase exists; we receive no personal details from it. A key you type is checked against the list of keys we issued.
This app is a television player for a general audience. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect anything from them.
You can clear everything the app holds by uninstalling it, or from Android's app storage settings. To ask what is associated with your installation identifier or licence key, or to have it deleted, write to hi@close.vn — include the key or identifier so it can be found. Requests are answered within thirty days.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a notice is shown in the app for anything that materially affects you.
